However, the program is currently in its final phase, which offers special negotiation conditions through the Desenrola Brasil platform with Gov.br.

It is worth mentioning that the debt can only be negotiated by Desenrola Brasil if the creditor bank agrees to participate in the program.

With the account created, access the platform from Desenrola Brasil, and log in.
The next step will be to look for the “My debts” tab to locate the debts available for negotiation.
After checking the information, click above the debt to check which proposals are available for it.
Have you found a good offer? Simply select it and accept the contract to conclude the negotiation.
You can choose between paying your agreement in full via Pix, or paying in installments using a bank slip.
To pay with Pix, simply copy the QR Code and pay it at your bank. When paying in installments, wait for the invoice to be sent to your email.
It is important to note that the agreement bank is responsible for sending the negotiation information.
Furthermore, after the negotiation is completed, simply wait for the debt to be written off.
Why don't all my debts appear on the platform?
If you have more than one debt, you may notice that not all of your debts are available for negotiation when you log into the platform. Why does this happen?
This situation occurs for the simple fact that not all creditor banks have agreed to participate in the program.
Therefore, if the bank that owns your debt does not participate in the Unroll Brazil, it will not be possible to negotiate there.
Another possibility is the type of debt, since as we have seen, only debts acquired between 2019 and 2022, worth up to 20,000.00, are considered.
Therefore, if your debt is not from that period, or has a higher value, it will also not be possible to negotiate it through the program.

Tracking and paying your agreements is very simple, as everything can be checked on the platform.
For negotiations with a contract signed between the citizen and the bank, it is possible to check the progress and information of the agreement in the “My negotiations” tab.
It is important to say that the installments of the installment agreements will not be on the platform. Unroll Brazil, as they will be sent by the responsible bank, via email.
However, it is still possible to check the debt reduction on the website.
Can I cancel an agreement? What happens if I don't pay?
It is very common for a citizen to close a deal and then realize that it was not worth it, or even face some problem paying.
In this case, what should I do? Is it possible to cancel an agreement? What happens if I don't pay?
Starting with the first question, you have up to 7 days from the closing date of the contract to withdraw from the agreement.
In this case, simply access the “My negotiations” tab and inform your decision to cancel the agreement.
However, if this period passes, it will no longer be possible to withdraw from the agreement, and in case of non-compliance, your name will be negatively impacted by the bank.
Finally, if you forgot to pay and the installment was late, don't worry.
This is because you simply need to contact the creditor bank to request a new payment slip for the overdue installment.
It is worth remembering that it is crucial that you seek this negotiation, as not paying the agreement will generate a debt with the new creditor bank, since it assumed the debt.
